Exit at the first junction and turn left at the roundabout, following the sign to Bourne End. Now follow as below, "From the A404" From the M4 Leave at junction 8/9 and take the A404(M) north bound. After approximately five miles you will reach a roundabout. Go straight on, but then come off at the next junction and turn right, signposted to Bourne End. Now follow as below, "From the A404" From the A404 After 1½ miles you will come into Bourne End. Look for the Black Lion pub on the left, after which The Abbotsbrook estate is the first turning on the right, through a five bar gate. Once on the estate follow the road until you pass a left turn. Do not turn left but continue straight on and Little Streams is the next property on your right. By Rail Trains for Bourne End leave from Maidenhead and take about 11 minutes.
